Selah Summer – Podcast Update

Jesus says, Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. (Matthew 28 – 29, The Message)

Join us this summer as we come together for a series of outdoors worship gatherings to learn about the unforced rhythms of grace and draw close to God through the transformative practice of rest.

The writers of the Psalms indicated a pause—a silence, designed for reverent reflection—with the Hebrew word, “Selah.” This summer, we seek to taste and see the goodness of God through a Selah experience that will form us as individuals and a church into a Christ-following people marked by the unhurried rhythms of grace.

From July 3rd – August 7th, in lieu of a regular podcast, we will be sharing resources from these “Selah” Summer gatherings that will help you respond to Jesus’ invitation to get away with him and experience rest. Find these resources at
